My Journey
Like many women, I’ve faced my own share of transitions. As a single mother navigating the demands of life, I often found myself searching for balance, meaning, and self-care. My journey led me to explore psychology, holistic health, yoga therapy, and coaching, ultimately transforming my own life and igniting a passion for helping others do the same.
With certifications in health coaching, life coaching, and yoga therapy, along with a background in dental hygiene, hospice training, and mindfulness practices, I take a holistic approach to well-being—integrating mind, body, and spirit to create lasting change.
