Hi, I’m Denise Tousignant, the heart behind Life With Denise. As a certified health coach, life coach, and yoga therapist, I help women over 40 navigate the transitions of aging with confidence and self-love. My journey into coaching began with my own experiences as a single mom, searching for ways to stay healthy and fulfilled. Through my studies in psychology, yoga therapy, and holistic wellness, I discovered the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, which now guides my coaching approach. My background includes certifications in health and life coaching, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu, hospice training, and a career in dental hygiene, all of which contribute to my holistic perspective on well-being.
I know what it’s like to feel lost or unsure about the future, and I believe aging is an opportunity to step into your best self. My goal is to help women avoid the long, winding road I took to self-discovery and instead embrace their journey with clarity and purpose.
